We are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. Orders received before 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) will be posted via Royal Mail the same day. Please note that this not include weekends or bank holidays (UK). Orders received out of hours will be processed on the first following working day.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Royal Mail can no longer guarantee that all Express Delivery items will be delivered the next day. They are working hard to fulfil as many next day deliveries as possible. Royal Mail have also stopped some deliveries on a Saturday.
You will need to sign for your package and if you are not at home a delivery notice will be left and the package will be conveniently held at your local Royal Mail delivery office for collection.
We do want our customers to know that we do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are, as all e-commerce businesses are, reliant on our couriers. No courier has a 100% on-time record. In the unlikely event that your order is late, please contact us and we will refund you any delivery costs.
We ask that you store your supplements safely and out of the reach of children and pets.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
